Nick graduated with his Bachelor of Laws (Third Class Honours) from Queensland’s University of Technology and was admitted as a Lawyer in October 2020. Whilst studying, Nick also worked with large law firms in Brisbane as both a Law Clerk and Paralegal in busy, dynamic, high pressure workplaces in debt recovery litigation, insolvency and commercial matters.

 

Spire Law has tempted Nick back home from the big smoke and we welcome his energy, fresh approach and enthusiasm. Nick works alongside our other commercial lawyers in a variety of matters including property law, business transactions, body corporate issues, commercial leasing, off-plan developments and other commercial matters.

 

Nick’s friendly and client centred approach, along with his great attention to detail and sense of humour has him fitting in with the Spire team and clients well.

Clare’s legal career commenced in 2011 when she was employed as a legal secretary on the Sunshine Coast. That role transitioned in a conveyancing role, where Clare soon discovered that property law was of great interest to her. As a result, she enrolled to study law whilst working full time as a conveyancer to expand her knowledge and further her career.

 

Clare was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2017 and is also a member of PEXA’s Queensland Member Advisory Council. She has years of experience in managing conveyancing teams and brings extensive knowledge in the property field to Spire Law.

Scott’s legal career commenced in 2019 when he began working as a Paralegal gaining experience in Conveyancing, Business Acquisitions, Commercial Leasing, Succession Planning and Estate Administration.

He graduated his double degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022 and is eager to pursue his passion in Succession Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation. Scott is now working with our team in Beerwah and looks forward to assisting our clients.

After participating in work experience with us in 2020, Jessica now works closely with our solicitors as a paralegal. She has broad exposure to the many facets of law we offer within the Spire Law group and has a keen interest in Family Law. Jessica is in her final year of her Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
