This background provides her with a practical perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by our clients in the construction sector.

Samantha’s legal journey includes working at the Sunshine Coast’s Inns of Court Barrister’s Chambers and in the Electoral Office of Andrew Wallace MP, Federal Member for Fisher, before joining our firm in 2017. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including home owners, subcontractors, principal contractors, and developers, on projects ranging from industrial sheds to townhouses and multimillion-dollar mixed-use residential and retail developments.

In addition to her contract-related work, Samantha has represented clients in contractual disputes, property law disputes, security of payment disputes, and QBCC investigations and prosecutions. She has appeared before various tribunals and all Queensland courts, including the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and the Queensland Court of Appeal.
