Starting as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, Phalen quickly progressed into a specialized role as a Conveyancing Assistant. Introduced to the legal field through an early opportunity, Phalen discovered a natural passion for professional services and the complex problem-solving inherent in property matters.

 

Holding a qualification as a Commissioner for Declarations, Phalen thrives on the clear structure and reliable routine of daily law firm operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients navigating property transactions.

 

Outside the office, Phalen makes the most of the coastal lifestyle, enjoying regular outdoor walks, sunny days, and time at local beaches.
