With a background in nursing and over five years of experience supporting vulnerable people in the community, Tara brings a compassionate and people-focused approach to her work in law.

 

Driven by a passion for justice and a desire to help people navigate the legal system, she enjoys working closely with clients, problem-solving and being part of a passionate team.

 

Tara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Diploma of Legal Practice. Outside of work, she is a qualified reformer Pilates and yoga teacher and enjoys reading in her downtime.

Zoe is in her final semester of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and will graduate in December. With approximately three and a half years of practical experience in the legal industry, she brings a strong foundation of knowledge and dedication to her work, particularly within wills and estates.

 

Driven by a desire to help people navigate difficult or overwhelming times, Zoe is passionate about simplifying complex legal processes and making them manageable for clients. She finds deep fulfillment in providing clear guidance and support when clients need it most.

 

Outside of work and study, Zoe enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, and making the most of living on the Sunshine Coast.

Benjamin Brown is a Law Clerk currently completing his third year of legal studies. Passionate about justice and helping others navigate legal challenges, Benjamin supports the firm’s solicitors across a range of matters while building his knowledge and practical experience within the profession.

 

Benjamin values the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal practitioners and is committed to delivering thorough, professional support to both the team and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, riding motorbikes, and reading.

Zoe is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at QUT while working as a law clerk, gaining practical experience alongside her studies. She was drawn to law by the variety and complexity of each matter, as well as her strong sense of fairness and justice. Zoe enjoys learning from experienced legal professionals and applying her studies to real-world matters, with a particular interest in finding practical solutions through careful analysis and attention to detail.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking her dog to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Currently in their third year of law school, Ella brings a fresh perspective and a strong academic foundation to the firm. Driven by a deep interest in social justice and a lifelong passion for learning, entering the legal field was a natural choice.

 

Ella particularly values the opportunity to apply classroom theory to real-world matters, finding the practical, hands-on learning of working in a firm to be the most rewarding part of the job.

 

Outside of work and study, Ella loves traveling, discovering new places, and spending quality time with friends and family.
